The Best Elixir of Youth (and Health)

A lady I recently helped with chronic debilitating migraines she’d suffered from for over 10 years, managed to come off her painkillers within a week.  Another person started having a satisfying ‘movement’ every day after being painfully constipated for as long as he could remember. He too, stopped years of dependence on daily laxatives within 2 weeks.

Did I dispense a magic pill or potion? Not quite. These results are common among many people who approach me for help.  And together with a few other pillars of healthy habits, it often comes down to one thing: proper re-hydration.

What happens when you drink the right way?

Drinking the right way, the right amount and the right drink will help you:

  • Have better control of your body temperature (listen up menopausal ladies suffering from hot flushes)
  • Protect your heart (by improving your blood pressure),
  • Stop the foggy head and be able to concentrate better,
  • Eliminate toxins more efficiently through more efficient bowel movements, giving you:
    • Clearer skin
    • Improved immunity
    • More energy
    • Better libido
    • More balanced weight

The benefits are almost endless, making hydration the simplest, cheapest and most effective habit you must adopt if you want to feel healthier quickly.

There are of course some limits to how much and what you need to drink and making sure you sip slowly through the day is crucial as well.

Suffering from acid reflux? Then make sure to stop drinking anything up to 10 minutes before a meal and wait about an hour after eating a main meal before sipping your water.
