  • The programme will require some food eliminations, (as well as ‘re-introductions’) possible changes to your lifestyle and new habits, so you need to be ready for change.

Who am I?

I am Nathalie Sansonetti – Nicknamed by a client ‘The gut whisperer’. French-born, living in Brighton, UK,  with my two teenage boys for over 25 years. I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist, Health Coach, EFT/Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner and Al Ferasa Mentor with over 13 years’ experience. I am passionate about helping my clients to regain trust and love in food and in their own bodies, by guiding them to reconnect with themselves on a very deep level. My most common saying is ‘it’s not just what you eat, but how you are when you eat’ as I help people to realise the importance of releasing blocks in their mindset, which are keeping them in a state of dis-ease and imbalance.
