Nutritional therapy is a holistic approach to health that uses nutrition,naturopathic techniques and supplementation to improve immunity, elimination and remove stagnation at all levels of the individual. Principles of the Chinese 5 elements are also part of the assessment I carry out and further highlight imbalances in your body and/or diet. Your nutritional program is tailor-made to suit your individual needs and circumstances.
Your first consultation
Following a detailed look at your current and past health picture and your diet, I will devise a tailor-made program suited to your individual needs. This includes recommendations on diet, naturopathic techniques and supplements. You may require further consultations to support your personalised program.
What
can I expect after the first consultation?
You will soon find that your energy and mental and physical alertness increase, your digestive functions normalise, and your condition and general health quickly improve.

is a French Nutritional Therapist - trained in the UK - and mum of two, who
strongly believes that food is the best prevention and often the best cure to a lot of today's ailments. From her French cultural background she has learnt
that traditional, nourishing home-cooked food has to be at the core of anyone's healing 'journey'.

in order to get healthier - rather, you will be surprised by the amount of
good, tasty foods you are advised to have!
